It is now Juhannus, Midsummer day. I think summer is most beautiful season in Finland. At the moment it is rainy season in Japan. I like all seasons in Japan. In spring there is lots of flowers: ume, sakura and many others. During rainy season there is lot of Hydrangea, which is one of my favourite flowers. Summer is very hot in Japan, but there are many interesting events. Autumn brings "koyo", that is like "ruska" in Finland; very beautiful. During winter there are many clear days without smog and it is easy to see Fuji-san.

This picture is taken in maybe the most beautiful beach I know in Finland: Huuharanta. Miki was about two weeks in Finland and we visited some of my favourite places: Utula, Puumala, Ristiina, Savonlinna, Punkaharju and so on. We enjoyed seeing lots of blue lakes.
